About the SoCal TTORA chapter Print E-mail

The SoCal TTORA chapter is a local chapter to the main TTORA club. SoCal TTORA is a group of dedicated Toyota owners who enjoy off-road driving. We have over 200 active members in 16 southern California counties. Our members range from bone-stock 2-wheel-drive trucks to lifted-and-locked rock-crawling monsters to tricked out desert racers.

The SoCal TTORA chapter is very active, hosting official club runs almost every month. Our events vary from single day trips to weekend camping trips and sometimes week long expeditions. Club members will often get together for smaller-scale unofficial runs as well.

Membership in SoCal TTORA is free to all Toyota Owners. We maintain an online list of our members registered here on the SoCal TTORA website. You can view the member list by clicking the Member List link on the main menu. New members can sign up by registering on the site HERE. The best way to keep on top of the latest happenings is to join the SoCal Announcement mailing list. You can sign-up for that mailing list by clicking on the Mailing List link on the main menu.

Be sure to also visit the TTORA forums and introduce yourself there.

Mission and Charter Statement

To unite all Toyota off-road vehicle owners and off-road enthusiasts who seek to use, protect and preserve public trails for the sport of motorized off-roading. To encourage sharing of off-roading knowledge, provide fellowship, both locally and nationally, and to provide a comprehensive knowledge base of experience and fabrication techniques for customizing Toyota off-road vehicles.

I, Michael Ramos, as Chapter President, promise to keep this web site current and provide information free to all members including upcoming run schedules, trail reports, maps, land access issues and any other information specifically related to the chapter.
